What is the process?

Your needs are our first priority. Creative Counts wants to make sure our approach matches your business requirements and objectives. We'll meet with you to fully understand your situation, budget, desires, timelines and expectations. Creative Counts brings a range of experience to help you understand and define your needs.

Assessment - We sit down with you and get an understanding of your business goals and objectives. We then gather all the relevant information. This comes in various forms from discussions with top executives, leaders and individual contributors. Knowing your current challenges and where you would like to go is our goal.  We create a gap analysis outlining issues, problems and an overview of suggestive actions, options to close the gap. Planning is the key to success. We attain buy-in from YOU and agree on next steps to ensure smooth integration and/or transition. Together we measure change in attitude, behavior and results. Creating - We develop creative strategies and concepts based on business goals and marketing objectives - from brand development to promotional and communication vehicles. Catalogs and direct mail are our specialty - offering critiques, feedback and recommendations to get your creative on track.


Prices

We generally charge by the hour for our consulting services. However, Best Year Yet Programs and other project work are quoted as a fixed price.
